1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) cuci11 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that has been verified during the KYC process.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding security checks or pending KYC documents.
• In exceptional circumstances, cuci11 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Unauthorized chargeback requests initiated by the user.
• Ownership of multiple accounts under the same or related name.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, cuci11 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including cash and bonuses without any compensation. For account closures requested by the user with no violation, valid cash balances will be returned after all verification checks are completed.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Law & Jurisdiction

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be Malay or English.

• Both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action not referred to arbitration.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
